Exchanging currency at your own rate gives you the flexibility to submit your own proposal for the rate at which you want to make the currency conversion. We recommend this option for clients who are prepared to wait for the transaction to be finalised.
To order exchange at your own rate, after logging in to Amronet.pl, go to the tab New exchange order, then indicate the currency pair to be exchanged, e.g. PLN/USD, enter the amount and choose YOUR PRICE.
If your exchange rate differs from the market rate, the time of finalization may be significantly prolonged.
Can I change an already placed order?
No. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been finalised. However, if the order consists of partial amounts (in the case of an exchange at our own rate), the amounts that have not yet been exchanged will be cancelled.
To check the status of a given order, as well as to cancel it, please use the tab Transaction and operations history and the option Cancel order. If the status of your order is 0%, you can cancel the entire order.
Note: When you cancel an order, the only cost that may occur is the cost of transferring the withdrawn funds to another bank’s account as instructed. The cancellation itself is completely free of charge.
