A finalized order cannot be cancelled, but if the order consists of partial amounts (in the case of exchange at the home rate), the amounts that have not yet been exchanged will be cancelled. To check the status of a given order, as well as to cancel it, please use the tab Transaction and operations history and the option Cancel order. If the status of your order is 0%, you can cancel the entire order.
Note: When you cancel an order, the only cost that may occur is the cost of transferring the withdrawn funds to another bank’s account as instructed. The cancellation itself is completely free of charge.
