If, after trying to log in, you get the message Wrong user login or password, check the correctness of the entered data, and see if the Caps Lock on your keyboard is turned on.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on Create a new password, enter your login and then click Confirm.
You will receive an email with the option to reset your password. Click on the link and enter your new secure password.
You will be able to log in with your new password immediately after the change.
