What is an SMS Code?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

It is a six-digit code sent to the Customer’s mobile phone which was provided during the Registration process. The SMS Code constitutes an additional authorisation of the submitted instruction, e.g. withdrawal of funds to one’s bank account or adding a new bank account.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Each withdrawal instruction submitted by the Customer is authorised by means of an SMS which is sent to a mobile phone number.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

How to use the SMA Code?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

After the Registration, the SMS Code service is activated automatically. The service can be used for Withdrawal of funds to your bank account and for adding a new bank account for Deposit of funds. Each time the SMS Code arrives on the defined mobile phone specified during Registration.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

What is the purpose of encryption?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

How do you recognise a website that is encrypted?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

An encrypted website may be recognised by the following indications: the address displayed by the browser starts with https:\/\/, i.e. https:\/\/www.konto.amronet.pl\/Account\/Logowanie.
\r\nthe address bar of the website is highlighted in green after clicking on the address bar there is the name of the institution for which the Certificate was issued.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

We use the proven strongest SSL Extended Validation (SSL EV) algorithm with a key length of 128 bits using an Authenticated Certificate.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

For security purposes, a time limit for a session of 15 minutes is set each time after logging in to the account. Each activity of the Customer causes the time limit to be restored for another 15 minutes. In the case of inactivity, after this time limit an automatic logging out from the service takes place.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Each user, when depositing his funds in the bank accounts of the platform or the exchange office for the purpose of currency conversion, has access to his money at all times. At any time he can place an order to exchange the funds he has in his wallet. Each client has access to his account 24\/7.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

What is a spread?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

Currency spread – This is the difference between the purchase price of a currency and its selling price. Banks and exchange offices set the spread individually. Usually it amounts to several to a dozen or so percent and is a source of profit from selling the currency. For example, if we borrow 100 thousand Swiss francs in a bank and the franc costs 2 zlotys, our debt is 200 thousand zlotys. During the currency conversion of the credit the bank adds 20 groszy of the spread, which means that the total amount is 20 thousand PLN. In Amronet.pl the spread does not occur because the exchanges take place between users.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

SHA and OUR Shared Option (SHA) – the cheapest foreign transfers.<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

An option where the fees related to the execution of the transfer are divided between the payer and the beneficiary of the transfer. In practice it means that the payer pays costs on the side of his bank (e.g. for the mode of transaction, execution), and the remaining costs are deducted from the amount the beneficiary finally receives. Amronet.pl has met its customers’ expectations and offers the cheapest foreign transfers.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Sender option (OUR) – in case of sending USD<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

An option in which all fees related to the execution of the transfer, i.e. costs of the payer’s bank, intermediary banks and the beneficiary’s bank are covered by the payer. In practice, this means that the payer’s account will be debited with the transfer amount together with all costs charged by the banks participating in the transaction. On the other hand, the recipient will receive the target amount without incurring any costs.

\r\nThe SHA option for EUR is 5 PLN, for USD, GBP, CHF it costs 10 PLN, the OUR option is available only for USD and costs 100 PLN.

\r\nIn case of banks integrated with Amronet.pl: Alior Bank (former BPH SA, TMobile banking services), PEKAO SA, Santander Bank Polska S.A. (former BZ WBK), PKO BP (former Nordea Bank, Inteligo), mBank group (BRE Bank, mBank, MultiBank)*, Raiffeisen Polbank, BNP BG\u017b Paribas and Millenium Bank, the customer does not pay any additional cost for withdrawing funds.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

What is SEPA?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) is a zone of Single Euro Payment Area, which in practice means that in SEPA member countries the same rules for making payments in Euro apply, i.e. the same transfer times.

\r\nThanks to SEPA transfers you can make faster and cheaper payments in EUR to almost all banks within the European Union as well as to Liechtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and San Marino. SEPA transfers involve the D+ 1 system, which means that the payment is credited to the recipient’s account by the end of the next working day. In terms of cost, SEPA transfer is much cheaper than SWIFT. In case of most Polish banks, the cost of SEPA transfer is 5 PLN. Payment must be made in EUR currency, because other currencies are not eligible for SEPA system.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

What is BIC code?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

BIC is a code that identifies a bank. It allows for quick identification of a banking institution in the case of international transfers, for efficient and reliable transfer of money. It consists of 8 letters and is unique and public for each bank. It is written before the account number. As the exchange of currencies very often involves sending transfers abroad, you will need the BIC code more than once. You can usually find it on the website of a given bank or in the account details in the transaction service. For example: the BIC for mBank is BREXPLPW.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

What is SWIFT?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

SWIFT is the same as BIC and the terms are used interchangeably. SWIFT is therefore an 8 letter code which identifies a banking institution so that international transfers can be made efficiently and reliably. You will need it when making international transactions. Write it down before the account number. As it is unique, unchangeable and public, banks make it available on their websites. You can also read the SWIFT code in the internet transaction service, in the account details. For example: the SWIFT code for mBank is BREXPLPW.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

Account in the IBAN system?<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n
\n

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number. It was introduced in order to facilitate international payments. Depending on the country, IBAN may be of different length (up to 34 characters). The Polish account number in the IBAN standard consists of: the country code (the first 2 characters -PL), the check sum (the next 2 characters) and the Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) with a total of 28 characters, i.e. the basic number of the account, preceded by PL. When making a transfer to a foreign account, please do not take this into account as the IBAN of the foreign bank may be shorter or longer.

\r\nWhen making deposits and withdrawals in Amronet.pl, IBAN should be provided in the case of transfers from Polish accounts to foreign ones, and vice versa.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div> \n <\/div> \n <\/div> \n <\/section> \n\n\n
