Data collected: a) in the case of a natural person: name, surname, address (zip code, city, street, house number), PESEL number, mobile phone number; b) in the case of a legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality, or a natural person conducting business activity: company (name) and organizational form of running a business, registered office address, NIP and REGON, representative data such as name, surname, mobile phone number, address of residence and PESEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. In justified cases, we ask for the series and number of an identity document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) – c) GDPR in order to conclude an agreement with Payholding International for the provision of services offered by Payholding International and to execute the agreement concluded by you with Payholding International for the provision of services offered by Payholding International, as well as to perform legal obligations incumbent on Payholding International, fraud and prevention, establishing and defending and pursuing claims, direct marketing, creating statements, analyzes and statistics, verifying payment credibility, handling complaints and notifications, technical support, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years, and collected in connection with the transactions. However, your personal data recorded in the accounting documentation will be kept for the period specified in applicable law, including tax regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Subject to restrictions resulting from the GDPR and other legal provisions, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer personal data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent in any at the moment if the processing is based on your consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Other technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For the convenience of using our websites, we use Local Storage (LS) technology, similar in principle to cookies, but having slightly different properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    LS is a separate part of the browser’s memory, used to store data saved by websites. It can only be accessed by a website operating on the same website from which the data was saved, but unlike cookies, they are not sent by the browser each time the server is referenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Data in LS are stored for a long time by the browser and are not deleted after the browser is closed, nor do they have a specific validity period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We emphasize that we use this technology only for convenience and to provide services at the highest level. We use LS technology, e.g. to remember settings, save configuration or preferences. The LS technology is used by the LiveChat communicator for the proper functioning of the communicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to manage cookies?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In order to change the settings related to the handling of cookies, you must configure the settings of the web browser used to browse the website. Appropriate information in this regard can be obtained by using the technical support for such software (web browser) or by contacting its supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
